Users
The Users page provides an overview of all users, their roles and their access to Teams.

The number of users that can be added is defined in the contract.
Overview
INFO
- Only super-admin can view, edit and add users of all teams.
- Other roles can only view users of their assigned teams.
- A user has the same permissions to all teams they are assigned to.
- A user can have several roles.
- Each user needs to be assigned to at least one team.
Edit
Edit a user by clicking on in the Actions column.
The following can be edited:
- Name
- Email address
- Password
- Allowed Teams
- Role
Super-Admin can:
- Clear failed logins for other users
- Reset the MFA for other users in case access is lost
Click to save any changes.
INFO
- super-admin can edit all users
- other roles can only edit their own user
Delete
Delete a user by clicking on and confirming the action.
Add
A new user can be added with .
Define the user's First Name, Last Name, E-mail, Password, Allowed Teams and Role.
Click to finalize the setup.
The user will be notified about their user account with an email sent to the defined E-mail address.
INFO
- The user will be able to reset the password on first login
- Check the Roles and Permissions matrix for more info about available roles.
Export
Click to export the Users table as a CSV-file.
