Grid Reconfiguration

Grid reconfiguration allows to change the topology of the grid by opening and closing switches and fuses on power lines, thus connecting two previously disconnected grid areas. These grid reconfigurations are handled as Grid Upgrades, such that they are re-usable in other features within Adaptricity.
