Multi-Factor-Authentication (MFA)
In order to ensure the security of your data, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is enabled by default for all users. This additional layer of protection helps safeguard your account against unauthorized access.
Set up MFA
When you log in for the first time, you'll be prompted to set up MFA:

Lost access to MFA app
In the event that you lose access to your authenticator app you can ask any Adaptricity Super-Admin user in your organization. They can reset your MFA settings in the admin panel, you can then set it up again as described above.
Shared user accounts
Sharing user accounts between different people is not possible as this is prohibited according to our terms and conditions.
